About these terms
Nexra is operated by Amakora Group LTD. By accessing or using Nexra, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
A signed order form, enterprise licence, data processing agreement, or other written contract takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these online terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign in methods, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, roles, application access, and actions performed by authorised users.
Credentials and environments
API keys, MCP credentials, signing secrets, and other credentials must be protected and used only for their intended workspace, application, capability, and environment. Sandbox access must not be represented as live or production approval.
Acceptable use
You must not use Nexra to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud or harmful activity.
- Bypass authentication, permissions, capability limits, or rate limits.
- Access another workspace, application, credential, log, or private resource.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the service, or probe systems without written approval.
- Submit secrets or unlawful personal data to AI assisted features.
- Misrepresent generated output or sandbox results as verified production outcomes.
Foundry, integrations, and AI output
MCP tools, connectors, generated code, documentation guidance, and AI assisted output must be reviewed before production use. You remain responsible for approvals, testing, deployment decisions, and compliance requirements in your environment. The platform does not guarantee that generated output is complete or error free.
Plans, billing, and enterprise licensing
Paid plan features, storage, support, usage limits, setup fees, and renewal terms are defined in the applicable checkout, order form, or enterprise licence. Enterprise applications may include agreed setup work and yearly licensing. Taxes may apply.
Your content and our platform
You retain rights in content and configuration you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and secure that content to provide the service. Amakora Group LTD and its licensors retain rights in Nexra, its software, designs, documentation, and platform materials.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or change parts of the service. We aim to communicate material changes appropriately, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless a separate service level commitment applies.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable billing and contract terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that rule and any separate written agreement, Nexra is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and Amakora Group LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless a binding written agreement or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
