Authentication

YouTrack permanent token

Plans and access

All YouTrack Cloud plans, including Free. Results follow the permissions of the user who owns the permanent token.

Test environment

A free YouTrack Cloud instance can be used for testing.

Rate limits

YouTrack Cloud does not publish fixed request limits; Nexra honours HTTP 429 and Retry-After.

Provider events

YouTrack apps and workflows can send HTTP requests on issue changes. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.

Before you build a flow

Only YouTrack Cloud instances on youtrack.cloud are supported; legacy myjetbrains.com/youtrack and self-hosted servers need a path prefix the runtime does not allow.
The updated-since filter uses YouTrack search at minute precision in the token owner's time zone.
Subtasks are created with Add issue link using the Subtask link type (inward t or outward s).
Attachment metadata is read; file contents are not transferred.
YouTrack has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
Deletes, commands and project administration are not implemented.
