Plans and access
WooCommerce 3.5+ (REST API v3); modified_after filters need WooCommerce 5.8+. Access follows the WordPress user that owns the REST API key and its Read or Read/Write permission.
Test environment
Use a staging WordPress site with WooCommerce installed.
Rate limits
No WooCommerce limit by default; hosting providers and security plugins may throttle with HTTP 429.
Provider events
WooCommerce webhooks for order, product, coupon and customer events (HMAC-SHA256 signed). Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Customer reads and email-matched upsert implemented. Credential-backed certification is pending; concurrent creations require reconciliation.
- WordPress must be installed at the site root; sites in a sub-directory are not supported by this connection.
- Refunds are read only; refund creation, order deletion and payment actions are not implemented.
- Order note creation has no WooCommerce idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
- Meta data keys starting with an underscore (private) are not returned.
