Authentication

Power-Up API key and user token

Plans and access

All Trello plans. Custom fields require the Custom Fields capability on the board. Requires a Power-Up API key and a user token authorised for that key.

Use a free Trello workspace for testing.

Rate limits

300 requests per 10 seconds per API key and 100 per 10 seconds per token; HTTP 429.

Provider events

Model webhooks signed with X-Trello-Webhook HMAC-SHA1. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.

Before you build a flow

Board reads return at most 1,000 open cards in one request.
Card creation has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
