Authentication
OAuth access token (same credential as the built-in Salesforce connection)
Plans and access
Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer and Performance editions (API access enabled). Results follow the object, field-level and sharing permissions of the authorised user. Orders require Orders to be enabled in Setup.
Test environment
Developer Edition orgs and sandboxes use the same REST API.
Rate limits
Rolling 24-hour API request allocation per org (edition and licence based); concurrent long-running request limits. HTTP 403 REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when exhausted.
Provider events
Change Data Capture and Platform Events through the Pub/Sub API. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Account/company and opportunity/deal reads require object and field permissions. Company website is normalized to its hostname; missing websites need explicit mapping. Companies and deals are read-only. Custom fields, associations and pipeline conversion are not implemented.
- Contact reads and email-matched upsert with read-back verification of identity, email and names. Contact and field read permissions are required even for destinations. Automatic OAuth renewal and credential-backed certification remain pending; concurrent creations require reconciliation.
- Pinned to REST API v66.0 to match the built-in adapter; v66.0 remains supported (current release documents v68.0).
- SOQL fails if a named operation references a field the org or user cannot see (for example Orders not enabled); grant field-level access or use records.search with an explicit field list.
- describeGlobal returns every object in one response; orgs with more than 2,000 objects should filter with customOnly.
- Record creates have no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically. Use records.upsert with an external ID field for repeat-safe writes.
- SOQL reads order by SystemModstamp, so objects without that field (for example big objects and external objects) cannot be read with records.search.
- Deletes, merges and lead conversion are not exposed.
