Implemented · fixture tested.

Implementation is checked against provider-shaped fixtures for every action, authentication failures, rate limits, pagination and duplicate safety. Provider sandbox and authorised account validation are recorded separately when credential-backed runs are completed.

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 refresh token (single-use, rotated on refresh)

Plans and access

Any Mercado Libre seller with a registered application in the DevCenter. The application needs read, write and offline_access permissions; some categories require the User Products model (family_name instead of title).

Test environment

Create test users with POST /users/test_user on your application to test listings and orders.

Rate limits

Per-application quotas (orders search about 100 requests per minute); HTTP 429 when exceeded. Access tokens last 6 hours.

Pagination

offset and limit with paging.total (items search max 100 per page and 1,000 results; orders 51 per page).

Provider events

Notifications for orders_v2, items, questions, shipments and payments topics. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.

Before you build a flow

  • This is the marketplace API; Mercado Pago payments are a separate connector.
  • Refresh tokens are single-use: every refresh writes the new token back to Key Vault, and a failed write requires re-authorisation.
  • Item search returns IDs only; use Get item for full details. Results beyond 1,000 need scan mode, which is not implemented.
  • Closing or deleting listings, cancellations, refunds and claims are not implemented.
  • Mercado Libre documents no idempotency key; item creation and answers are not repeated automatically when uncertain.
  • Buyer contact details and addresses are masked by Mercado Libre and only available on shipments.

Developer reference

  1. Create the Mercado Libre credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
  2. In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Mercado Libre, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
  3. Test the connection, then use its actions as flow sources and destinations. Flow guide
