Plans and access
Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4 with the REST API enabled; MSI operations need Inventory Management modules. Access follows the integration's API resource permissions.
Test environment
Use a staging Magento installation with sample data.
Rate limits
No limit by default; Adobe Commerce can enforce REST request limits and page-size caps configured by the merchant.
Provider events
Adobe Commerce webhooks and I/O Events (not available on every Open Source installation). Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Customer create/update by unique email and website, plus existing-SKU product-name, base-price and absolute inventory quantity updates, use read-back verification. New customer accounts may send Magento welcome emails. Product creation and non-name product fields are not implemented. Price reads include store base currency from GraphQL storeConfig. Price receives check currency when mapped; legacy flows omitting currency do not verify it. Orders and deliveries remain read-only. Credential-backed provider validation and live certification are pending.
- A deterministic sandbox demo is available for products, inventory, and recent orders without a Magento provider network call.
- Magento must be installed at the site root; installations under a sub-path are served only by the built-in operations.
- Invoices and credit memos are read only; invoicing, refunds and cancellations are not implemented.
- Shipment creation and order comments have no Magento idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
- Products saved through the default store view can store values at store-view scope; set the store code to all for global catalogue values.
