Route form submissions into CRM, ticketing and data platforms as they arrive, and keep forms and their structure managed from the systems that own the data.

Validation status
Implemented · fixture tested.
Implementation is checked against provider-shaped fixtures for every action, authentication failures, rate limits, pagination and duplicate safety. Provider sandbox and authorised account validation are recorded separately when credential-backed runs are completed.

Plans and access
All Jotform plans. Daily API limits: 1,000 (Starter), 10,000 (Bronze), 50,000 (Silver), 100,000 (Gold); Enterprise has no API limit. The API key acts as the account owner (or sub-user) and must have Full Access for write operations; Read Access keys can only read.
Test environment
Use a free Starter account or a test form for testing.
Rate limits
Daily request allowance per plan (1,000 Starter to 100,000 Gold, unlimited Enterprise); each response reports limit-left.
Pagination
offset and limit (default 20, max 1,000) with resultSet.count.
Provider events
Per-form webhooks that post each new submission to a URL. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Deletes (forms, submissions, questions, folders, reports, labels, webhooks), user settings changes, sub-user management and webhook registration are not implemented.
- Forms are created without email notifications or autoresponders; configure emails in Jotform.
- Creating a submission through the API runs the form's own notification and autoresponder emails as if it had been submitted online.
- Filters on created_at and updated_at compare YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS in the account's time zone; there is no timezone offset in the filter.
- Folder updates and label creation are covered; label renames and adding resources to labels are not implemented because the request body format is not documented.
- Uploads returned by form_files.list are links; Nexra does not download file contents.
- Jotform has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
Developer reference
- Create the Jotform Inc. credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
- In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Jotform, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
- Test the connection, then use its actions as flow sources and destinations. Flow guide
