Before you build a flow

Opportunity pipeline, stage and price book changes, lead conversion, file attachments and record links are not exposed as Nexra writes.
Custom field values are returned keyed by FIELD_NAME; field types come from custom_fields.list.
Insightly has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
