Implemented · fixture tested.
Implementation is checked against provider-shaped fixtures for every action, authentication failures, rate limits, pagination and duplicate safety. Provider sandbox and authorised account validation are recorded separately when credential-backed runs are completed.

API client (client credentials)
Plans and access
All commercetools Composable Commerce projects include the HTTP API. Requests act as the API client; its scopes (view_/manage_ per resource) limit what Nexra can read and write.
Test environment
Use a commercetools trial project or a non-production project.
Rate limits
No fixed request quota is published; commercetools applies fair-use throttling and returns HTTP 429 or 503 under load. Query limit is 500 records per page.
Pagination
limit (max 500) and offset (max 10,000) with total; queries sort by lastModifiedAt.
Provider events
Subscriptions deliver messages and change notifications to queues and event buses. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Offset paging stops at 10,000 records per query; use the updatedSince filter for incremental syncs of large catalogues.
- Product and variant changes are staged; set publish on create or update to make them visible.
- Orders are read and updated (states, numbers, addresses, deliveries); creating orders from carts, payments and refunds are not automated, and Cancelled states are excluded.
- Customers are created with authenticationMode ExternalAuth so Nexra never handles customer passwords.
- commercetools has no purchase orders, suppliers or stock transfers; model warehouses as InventorySupply channels and move stock with inventory adjustments per channel.
- Deletes are not automated.
Developer reference
- Create the commercetools GmbH credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
- In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose commercetools, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
- Test the connection, then use its actions as flow sources and destinations. Flow guide
