Implemented · fixture tested.
Implementation is checked against provider-shaped fixtures for every action, authentication failures, rate limits, pagination and duplicate safety. Provider sandbox and authorised account validation are recorded separately when credential-backed runs are completed.

Plans and access
API access on all plans; routing forms, booking via API and organisation-wide reads need paid plans (Standard or higher; routing forms Teams or higher). A personal access token acts as its owner; organisation-scoped reads require an admin or owner.
Test environment
A Calendly trial or free account can be used; paid features need a trial of that plan.
Rate limits
Per-user request limits; HTTP 429 with Retry-After or X-RateLimit headers.
Provider events
Webhook subscriptions for invitee.created, invitee.canceled, invitee_no_show and routing_form_submission.created. Nexra event triggers are not yet available; flows run on demand or on a schedule.
Before you build a flow
- Cancelling events and deleting no-show marks or data are destructive and not implemented.
- Booking (invitees.create), single-use links and no-show marks have no idempotency key and are not repeated automatically.
- Event type availability is limited by Calendly to a short window per request (see the API reference).
- Scheduled events filter by start time (min_start_time); Calendly has no updated-since filter.
